
POLICIES
Deposit
A deposit of one night's room rate, or 50% of the entire stay, whichever is greater, is required to hold a reservation. We accept Mastercard, Visa & Discover. The deposit cannot be applied to multiple credit cards (for group reservations); however, we will be happy to separate the balance upon departure..
Cancellation/Refund
The deposit is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least 10 days prior to the arrival date. Guests are responsible for the entire length of stay reserved. All spa services must be cancelled within 48 hours of the treatment time.
Children
Children under 15 are welcome during the summer months of June,
July and August.
Quiet Time
For the comfort of all our guests, we maintain a quiet time from 10:30 pm to 9:00 am.
Non-Smoking
All rooms are non-smoking.
Pet Friendly
We allow pets in designated units only, with prior approval. Pets must be crated while alone in cottages. Please call for more information regarding our pet policies. Fee: $10 per night, per pet.

Spa services & additional items can be purchased ala carte. For additional savings, consider one of our Spa Packages.
Accommodations are either in a single-unit bungalow, a duplex-style bungalow, or multi-room suites. Designation of accommodation is based upon availability and the number of people in your party. Casual Comfort Suites are normally assigned first; therefore, advance reservations receive choice accommodations.
Please call for reduced rates for parties of four or more.
Some units available as pet friendly accommodations. $10 pet fee per night
