Cathy Woods, Yogini, is a national long-time yoga teacher/presenter/retreat leader of 27 years and has been leading classes at Lakeview for 15 years.  Cathy’s passion is teaching/sharing all aspects of authentic yoga, from postures, to breath-work, meditation and life-skills. Her writings have been published in Yoga Digest Magazine, Equitrekking, Elephant Journal, to name a few. Cathy is also the creator of a unique program called Body, Mind, Equine.  Programs and retreats have been offered at the leading yoga centers around the country such as Kripalu, Yogaville and Mount Madonna, in addition to resorts, ranches, corporate groups etc…
