Cheryl's classes are breath centered and Therapeutic in nature while still giving you space to challenge yourself both physically and mentally.

Cheryl's mission is to bring the life changing aspects of yoga to all those who believe they can’t do yoga. Especially those who struggle with chronic pain syndrome.

She is the owner of The Chattanooga Yoga Centre and a certified Yoga Therapist. She is also a certified Reiki Practitioner, Life coach, Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor.
