Empowered Women's Retreat
Embody|Connect|Educate

Visualize this:  Relax as the evening winds down with wine and conversation with other women.  Take time to get a massage or a treetop soak.  Watch the sun set over Fontana Lake in the Great Smoky Mountains and breathe in the fall air as the leaves change to their beautiful orange, yellow, and red hues.

Embody your sacred feminine and who you truly are.  Connect with other women; share stories of triumph, loss, hope, and everything that brings us together as women.  Educate yourself on women's wellness.  From the root of our sacred feminine and cultivating our creativity to keeping our body, mind and spirit healthy and balanced.  Breast cancer prevention class, pelvic floor exercise, herbs, diet, lifestyle, and so much more!

This is a one of a kind retreat as we cover a mutlitude of women's health and educate you on how to be the BEST woman you can be.  YOU do not want to miss this.  This is the retreat that will change YOU!  This is a results driven retreat.  We want you to leave with a toolbox of wellness education to start living your best life ever.
