Holiday Zen Details & Itinerary

Mindfully prepare to enter the holiday season.  Often the holiday season can be perceived as a stressful and draining time and, even promoted in that light through our media.  The holidays can and should be a time of rich joy, rest, renewal, peace, connections and celebration.  In this retreat we take time for restorative yoga, guided meditations, and tips on how to keep the peace and create a meaningful season, from ways to simplify, pointers for self-care and how to empower our intentions into the new year.

4:30pm                            program begins, yoga class and orientation (wear yoga clothes)

6:00pm - 6:45pm           wine hour



8:00am - 8:50am           breakfast

9:00am - 11:00am         yoga class and workshop

11:00am - 12:15pm       free time

3:00pm - 4:30pm           yoga class and deep guided relaxation

5:00pm - 6:00pm           wine hour
