"Living Yoga" Details & Itinerary
 
You’ve heard of yoga for your body, let us introduce you to yoga for your life. This two-night workshop shares how the wisdom of yoga can elevate your everyday, from breathing  your way through challenges to savoring those triumphant moments. You’ll also learn how to find and keep your life balance, and get to know yourself and your world on a deeper level. All are welcome and encouraged; come prepared to gently stretch your body, and your mind. Perfect for newcomers to the practice.
 
Programs include
  • Morning coffee, granola, and fresh fruit

  • one lunch

  • afternoon wine & cheese

  • all yoga classes

  • rooms and spa services booked ala carte

3:00 - 4:00pm               suggested arrival time

4:30pm                           program begins, yoga class and orientation ( wear yoga clothes)

6:00 - 6:45pm               wine hour

Evening                          optional group dinner at local restaurant

 

Saturday

8:00am - 8:50am          breakfast

9:00am - 11:00am        yoga class and workshop

11:00am - 12:15pm      free time

12:15pm                          lunch

3:00pm - 4:30pm          yoga class and deep guided relaxation

5:00 - 6:00pm                wine hour

Evening                           optional group dinner at local restaurant

9:00am - 11:30am       yoga class & closing workshop program
