Spring Yoga Mountain Retreat Weekend
 

Let spring, yoga and the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains invite a sense of renewal into your body, mind and spirit during a weekend long retreat with EVOLVE Movement yoga teachers Julee Snyder and BB Vohwinkel. Join them at the gorgeous Lakeview at Fontana Inn and Spa for a weekend of pure pampering. You’ll enjoy four 75-minute yoga classes that will help you shed the heavy cloak of winter and stretch joyfully outward with a sense of renewed energy and balance. Your package also includes shared luxury accommodations along with a 50-minute spa treatment and delicious meals and snacks, including wine hour with farmstead cheese. You’ll have ample space and time to enjoy additional spa services, explore more active outdoor pursuits, or just relax with a long nap or a good book.  Some yoga experience encouraged.

BB Vohwinkel
Betsy “BB” Vohwinkel (RYT-200, PMA-CPT) Is a certified yoga and Pilates instructor and practitioner with over 25 years of mindful movement experience and 7 years of teaching experience. BB teaches vinyasa, gentle/supported, restorative, yin and a pilates/yoga combo and she enjoys watching the power that a physical movement practice has to improve the emotional and spiritual body. Her style is lighthearted and she uses props and modifications to make her classes accessible to all levels. She never turns down Ben & Jerry's "Half Baked" ice cream or the chance to cuddle other people's dogs.

Julee Snyder

E-RYT 500, LMBT # 5044, is a licensed massage therapist, a master EmbodiYoga™ teacher, certified pilates instructor, and Body-Mind Centering™ Practitioner.  With 25 years of dance experience, 20 years of yoga practice, and more than 3,000 hours of therapeutic study, Julee brings to her work an embodied exploration of anatomy, a clear articulation of alignment and movement principles, a playful curiosity, and a deep love and compassion for the journey.
