"Yoga R&R" Details & Itinerary
 
The world can be a hectic place; your life doesn’t have to be. Discover how yoga-inspired relaxation techniques can help you pause, reflect and respond positively under pressure. In this gentle, flow yoga workshop, you’ll practice simple, powerful ways to invite more peace into your busy lifestyle, and send stress packing. Come - and let go.  Perfect for newcomers to the practice.

  • Morning coffee, granola, and fresh fruit

  • one lunch

  • afternoon wine & cheese

  • all yoga classes

Friday

3:00pm - 4:00pm         suggested arrival time

4:30pm                           program begins, yoga class and orientation (wear yoga clothes)

6:00 - 6:45pm               wine hour

Evening                          optional group dinner at local restaurant

 

Saturday

8:00am - 8:50am        breakfast

9:00am  - 11:00am     yoga class and workshop

11:00am - 12:15pm    free time

12:15pm                        lunch

3:00pm - 4:30pm        yoga class and deep guided relaxation

5:00pm - 6:00pm        wine hour

Evening                         optional group dinner at local restaurant

 

Sunday

8:00am - 8:50am        breakfast

9:00am - 11:30am      yoga class & closing workshop program
