ROOM BALANCES
All room balances will be charged to the card on file upon arrival. If you would like to split charges, please add additional credit cards by following the secure link. Please text prior to arrival to clarify your preferred way of splitting the charges.
HONOR MARKET
Our Honor Market is available for purchases 24/7. We've made it easy, contact-free, and app based. Simply Venmo or PayPal us your total!
GUEST LAUNDRY & LENDING CABINET
Guest laundry is located to the left of the lounge. Located inside the laundry room is our guest Lending Cabinet with additional items for your use such as: towels, coffee makers, toasters, kitchen supplies, paper towels, bug spray, wasp spray and much more. Use items as you wish and simply leave on your kitchen table to be cleaned and returned.
TRASH
Simply leave your trash by the curb.
WI-FI LOUNGE & COFFEE
Located just past the arrivals building (look for the gray umbrellas) our lounge is available 24/7. Use the guest WiFi network and no password is needed. Please limit noise after 9pm in the lounge (reading or lounging only) as we have guests upstairs.
TREETOP SOAKING CABANAS
The Cabanas sit high on the hillside behind the main buildings and have a stunning view of Fontana Lake and the Smoky Mountains.
SPA
Enjoy a massage or body treatment by highly talented therapists. Let us know your preferred treatments and Adelle, our spa director, will respond to your request with availability as soon as possible. If you need a quicker response, just text us your preferred day and time.
YOUR DAY OF DEPARTURE
We now offer contact-free check-out. You will receive an email the afternoon of your departure detailing your final charges. Changes can easily be made so please let us know of any inaccuracies. We greatly appreciate a text at 828.202.4162 upon your departure so we can begin disinfection of your accommodation.
