Our Relaxation Rituals are located at four locations throughout our property and designed to help you slow down and unwind—like your favorite calming app, brought into real life and placed in nature around you. Simply settle in at each location with your phone and press play.

Guided by the soothing voice of renowned yoga & meditation instructor, Cathy Woods, and supported by the Komuso Shift breathing necklace*. A necklace purposefully designed to gently slow the exhale.
